According to the German „Act to amend the Civic Law to better protect consumers from risks in electronic commerce" we provide the following information: 

(1) Terms of delivery
Delivery is made according to Incoterms 2010 ex works Bergisch Gladbach, Germany. Thus, we do not bear any risk for transport damages and sending time delays. You can choose between several shipping services we entrust in your order to ship your goods. In case your shipping destination is outside of Europe, custom duties and import VAT go to your account. DHL/German Post and UPS Standard/Expedited do not grant a guarantee for sending times. 
(2) Sending times
No sending time guarantee for DHL/German Post and UPS Standard and Expedited.  With DHL/German Post at least 8 weeks research time. Lack of transparency in the tracking. Here a sending time list of the most important shipping destinations. 
(3) Product features
We exclusively offer in our online store custom golf bags and and customized golf bag accessories. Each offer includes a detailed product description including all features and custom options. You can chose different models in different basic colours. You can design by yourself or insert your custom specifications via an entry form. The purchasing contract is valid only after we checked your design and confirmed it. We can valuate the complexity of your upload motifs and the quality of your files only after individual review. 
(4) Right to withdraw
As per Section 312d Para. 4 German Civil Code and similar, there shall be no right to withdraw from:
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are manufactured to customer specification or are clearly tailored to personal requirements or which, due to their constitution, are not suitable for return shipment or can quickly perish or their expiry date would be exceeded
  • Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or software, if the seal on the supplied data media has been broken by the buyer
  • Contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazin
Our customized products are thereby excluded from the right of withdrawal. 
(5) Lead times
The maximum production time is specified and adhered to for each product. Please note that we deliver against payment in advance only. The production begins only when we were able to credit the receipt of payment. 
(6) Total price
The total price consists of the following components:

1. Basic product price (incl. 19% VAT)
2. Additional options
3. Shipping costs

If your shipping destination is outside of Europe, the shop automatically invoices net prices after you entered the shipping destination. If you purchase goods for your company and the shipping destination is in Europe we are committed to check your VAT number. We can invoice our goods at net prices only with a valid VAT number and with a shipping destination in Europe. 
(7) Packaging
Each golf bag is packaged in a costy way so that the transport insurance bears the damage in the worst case. Please check the goods immediately upon delivery for possible transport damages. The employee of the local delivery service is obliged to wait. 
(8) Shipping costs
Shipping rates depend on the shipping service and the volume of your order. Packaging dimensions and product weight are stored for each product. Based on the volume of your order our systems calculated shipping costs and offers 3 shipping options:

DHL/German Post

We ship with DHL/German Post since 2005. The sending times are not garanteed and delays are always possible.  Shipping within Europe works relatively smoothly. Within the Universal Postal Convention DHL is cooperating with the foreign postal organisation. The information on electronic tracking are limited. In case of delay the recipient has to call DHL in Germany. Then DHL is providing further information and the recipient can contact the shipper being instructed with the delivery in the destination country. In case of delay the investigation period lasts at least 8 weeks. The price performance ratio of DHL/German Post is good, but delays do occur.

UPS Standard/Expedited

From April 2013 on we also offer the UPS Standard and Expedited shipping service. Shipping costs are more expensive than with DHL/German Post. The main difference lies in the settlement in case of delay. Because UPS decides after about 2 weeks whether a shipment is lost and the transport insurance covers the damage. Even with UPS Standard/Expedited there is sending time guarantee, but delays are significantly limited due to the different settlement when assessing a loss.
