\"PersonalisierteGerade unsere deutschen Kunden fragen immer wieder nach, ob eine personalisierte Golftasche \u00fcberhaupt auf Turnieren erlaubt sei. Oft ist man der Meinung, dass nur Pros einen Namenszug auf Ihrer Tasche tragen d\u00fcrfen und f\u00fcr Amateuere allein Initialen gestattet sind. Im internationalen Golfsport ist dieser Punkt in den sogenannten Rules of Golf geregelt. Jeder nationale Golfverband legt aber diesen Punkt unterschiedlich aus. Das Amateurstatut des Deutschen Golfverband macht dazu folgende Unterscheidung: In Abschnitt 6 „Golferfahrung oder Ansehen im Golfsport“ wird zwischen Golfamateuren MIT und OHNE Golferfahrung oder Ansehen im Golfsport unterschieden. Amateure mit „Golferfahrung“ sollten „diese Erfahrung oder das Ansehen nicht dazu nutzen, irgendetwas zu bewerben, zu vertreiben oder zu verkaufen, oder irgendeinen finanziellen Vorteil zu erzielen“. Der erfahrenen Golfamateurs d\u00fcrfe die „Zurferf\u00fcgungstellung seines Namens oder Bildes“ weder direkt noch indirekt f\u00fcr Werbung, Verkauf oder pers\u00f6nliche Verg\u00fcnstigungen nutzen. Allein Mannschaftspielern sei es vorbehalten, auf Kleidung, Schirmen oder Golftaschen neben dem Mannschaftslogo auch ein Sponsorenlogo mit einer Maximalgr\u00f6\u00dfe von 50 cm anzubringen. Golfamateure OHNE Golferfahrung und Ansehen im Golfsport sei es zu dem erlaubt, den Namen EINMAL auf der Golftasche und EINMAL unauff\u00e4llig auf der Kleidung zu tragen.<\/div>\n

In Anlehnung an das Amateurstatut des DGV d\u00fcrfen Amateure EINEN Namenszug auf Ihrer Golftasche tragen. Als Mannschaftsspieler kann neben dem Clublogo auch ein Sponsorenlogo angebraucht werden. Jedoch darf der Umfang dieses Logos 50 cm nicht \u00fcbersteigen.<\/p>\n

Im Amateurstatut wird die Anzahl der Namensz\u00fcge auf dem Golf-Equipment besonders hervorgehoben. Golfamateurer OHNE Ansehen d\u00fcrften demnach Ihren Namenszug nur EINMAL und nicht zus\u00e4tzlich seitlich, auf dem Schultergurt oder auf der Balltasche des Golfbags tragen. Solonge der Amateur durch den Einsatz seines Namenszuges nicht pers\u00f6nlich profitiert oder diesen f\u00fcr Werbung oder Verkauf einsetzt, ist die Namens- oder Bildverwertung auf der Golftasche gem\u00e4\u00df dem Amateurstatut des DGV ausdr\u00fccklich erlaubt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
