How do I properly clean and care for my golf bag?
Your golf bag will stay new for longer if you clean and maintain it from time to time. Here's how:

Cleaning
Clear out your golf bag completely. Then properly vacuum the inside pockets, the zippers and the outside. In the second step, you can clean golf bags made of nylon or polyester with warm water and a drop of detergent. You can also wipe clean inside pockets with a sponge. If your golf bag is made of polyethylene or genuine leather, we recommend the LongLifeLeather cleaning lotion. A secret tip for the removal of stubborn stains on the golf bag is conventional gall soap. For golf bags made of nylon or polyester, gall soap works best. But real leather and polyethylene usually also tolerate gall soap well. But be careful, start with a low concentration and gently apply the gall soap without excessive friction.
Maintenance
A golf bag made of polyethylene or genuine leather should be treated with a care emulsion after cleaning. Real leather needs care several times a year so that it does not become brittle. We recommend the care emulsion of LongLifeLeather. We have been testing this product for years and strongly recommend it for golf bags. This leather care product also gives artificial polyethylene a gentle sheen.
Drying / storage
If your golf bag is freshly cleaned (and treated with care lotion), let it dry thoroughly overnight before you put it back. If your golf bag is to be stored at the end of the season, make sure that your golf bag can overwinter dry so that it does not go moldy.

With these cleaning and care tips you start the new season properly!
