Description

Handmade club cover set for driver, wood and rescue. Extra large embroidery area. 11 material colours

This head cover set is handmade. The set consists of a driver head cover and one club cover each for a wood and a rescue. The embroidery design of the front and back is customised. The customised embroidery area extends seamlessly to the side seam. The head cover is framed on both sides with a satin stitch. This ‘piping’ is embroidered tone-on-tone using environmentally friendly TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres. The slits on the sides give the bonnet finesse and simplify handling. You can choose from 11 different base material colours and decide whether the design of the front is the same (≡) or different (≠) for all head covers.

If your design needs more space or you simply want more room for your personal creativity, this head cover is the right choice. Each head cover is individually handmade. The outer material is a coated synthetic fibre, which is combined with a soft softshell material on the inside.

Dimensions

Driver: The club cover fits standard drivers that are authorised by the PGA for international tournaments. Club head approx. 12.8 x 11.8 x 6.5 cm. The headc over measures approx. 36 x 18 cm, measured from the outside, without driver. Weight: 115 g
Fairway wood: The club cover fits standard woods that are authorised by the PGA for international tournaments. Club head approx. 10 x 8.5 x 3.7 cm. The head cover measures approx. 26 x 11 cm, measured from the outside, without wood. Weight: 70 g
Rescue: The club cover fits standard hybrids that are authorised by the PGA for international tournaments. Club head approx. 10 x 6 x 3.5 cm. The head cover measures approx. 20.5 x 9.5 cm, measured from the outside, without wood. Weight: 40 g

Special material colours

There is a surcharge for material colours that we do not have in stock. The following material colours are available: yellow, orange, red, pink, burgundy read, green, dark blue, royal blue and warm white. The embroidered ‘piping’ can be made tone-in-tone with the base material or, if desired, in a contrasting colour such as black or white. Even if we produce a single head cover in a special colour, we have to purchase the materials in running metres and full yarn cones from different suppliers. For production, we need coated synthetic fibre, softshell material, several cones of overlock thread as well as embroidery and sewing thread in the exact special colour. The delivery time for driver head covers in special material colours is approx. 1-2 weeks longer due to the lead time for material procurement.

Processing and design creation :

You design your personal tour bag online with our design tools. The basic price does include text only, just letterings in standard fonts. For the upload of your own files and the integration of embroidery designs from our database additional charges are invoiced. The final price is only calculated online during the design process. After completing your order, you will receive a final design view, which you must approve by e-mail. After your approval, no changes are possible.
